Skills : Record Keeping , Logistics, co-ordination with all store keepers of all sites, Control over documentation. Cost effective working, Supervising working of site store keepers, supervising records maintained by site store keepers. Supply chain Management. Keeping coordination among Sites. Proper resource planning.

SITE STORES KEEPER :
REQUISITES-
Qualification : Any graduate ,Commerce Graduate Preferred.
Age : 30 to 35 Years
Exp : 5 to 7 Years, in Construction Industry. Computer knowledge is must
Skills : Keep a Track over received / consumed material,
Responsibilities :
Maintaining Records of receipts of Daily store material and material consumption.
Preparing daily / weekly consumption report along with junior engineer.
Preparing list of excess material.
Keeping Records of Departmental tools, machinery etc. on site.
Keeping Other Records of empty cement Bags, Electricity & water bills if any.
Receiving new materials, proper stocking of material, keeping records of receipts, assisting i.e. to prepare quantity reports of the received materials.
Recollection of balance and unused material at end of the working day.
Updating of records on display boards and display slates regarding the stock.
Updating of Stocks periodically.
Follow up with material suppliers with prior concern of project manager for timely supply.
Managing the logistics for receipt and dispatching materials as per the schedule.
Maintaining log books for different machinery and equipment along with maintenance record with the help of mechanic.
Maintaining muster record of site staff and departmental Labour.
Assisting in the generation and capture of revenue by effectively controlling costs within the area.
Ensuring the cost-effective management of all rental material
