Design curriculum and content for Instructor Led Sessions
Understand the current skill level of target audience across states
Study the Industry demand in terms of skills required across states
Create reports for Demand and Supply gaps in terms of skills and competency required
Design curriculum to bridge gap - including methodologies for teaching to be used (case study based, task based, practice)
Design Session plans, Student and Instructor guide, and classroom decks
Desired Profile :

Strong knowledge of Multimedia softwares like flash, photoshop etc.
Candidate have knowlegde of flash scripting will be preferable
