Educational Qualifications : Ph.D. in experimental Physics with at least two years post Ph.D. R&D experience in silicon thin film solar cell technology.
Desirable : Experience in solar photovoltaic device fabrication.
Age Relaxation :
The date for determining the age limit/experience/qualifications shall be the closing date prescribed for receipt of applications i.e. 23/09/2011. The upper age limit is however, relaxable upto 5 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC as per Government orders in force only in those cases where the post are reserved for respective categories.
