We have requirement for HR Executives (Trainee) for our Resource Management Group. The group is catering to leading IT MNCs for their permanent and temporary staffing.
Responsibilities will be sourcing and identifying candidates as per clients requirement and coordinating their recruitment process with the client.
There are multiple openings for this position.
Essential requirements :
1. Graduates with good academic record
2. Very good written and communication skills.
3. Computer operating skills- Microsoft Office, Internet search/surfing etc.
4. Positive attitude

High Value Debtors Analysis- The project mainly concentrated on the top ten customers of eight different territories in India and analyzing the profit earned or loss suffered by BPCL for the month of April and May, the territories which formed the part of project were Delhi, Jaipur, Chennai, Cochin, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata and Lukhnow.
LEARNINGS
1) MS-Excel : - Due to large amount of data in BPCL, there was extended use of MS-Excel.
2) Adaptability : - Working in this organisation helped me to adapt to the working environment of the organisation, which will be an added advantage when I step in corporate world.
3) Discipline : - Working in this organisation helped me to bring about a discipline in my working pattern etc.

Trade Settlements Process- The project mainly concentrated on the Pre & Post Settlements of trade in the given stipulated time. Pre settlements concentrated on settling the trade till the given period, the trades which were not settled in pre settlements team due to discrepancies was transferred to Post settlements team.
LEARNINGS :-
1) Handling Pressure : - There were on an average 60 to 70 trade settlements per day of different clients, which required lot of patience & analytical skills.
2) Working in team : - As the process was divided in small teams it was very essential to work in team for ensuring maximum success rate.
OTHER PROJECTS :
- Types of separation in organization. (Human resource management)
- Study of student behavior in institute & relation of disciplinary actions.(Research methodology)
EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES :
