Customer Support Executive :
Job Description :
Incumbent is responsible for software IMPLEMENTATION and training at the clients place, understanding the client's software related problems and providing continuous support on the business application package.
Responsible for Software Implementation and troubleshooting activities
Pre installation verification at the Client's place
Responsible for the rollout of new modules, released by the Development Team, across all clients in various cities/towns
Coordinating with the Support Department in support related matters
Coordination with the Client IT Team
Daily MIS report generation and handing it over to the concerned authority as assigned by the client
Performing day to day activities in software trouble shooting, error identification if any
Candidate Profile :
Should be a Computer Sciences Graduate/Diploma in computers with experience in retail application software installation and troubleshooting process, Efficient problem solving skills and familiarity with Hardware and POS peripherals, networking and SQL database
Should be willing to travel
Candidates having experience in retail/accounting application is an added advantage
Position reports to Support head
Local candidates are preferred
Knowledge on Hardware and Networking is an added advantage but is not necessary
Experience : 1 - 2 years
Job Location : Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai
