Support Engineer :

Roles and responsibilities :
Manage production support, bug fixes and minor enhancements for one or more products
Monitoring and troubleshooting production applications
Skill set :
Good understanding of multi-tier production applications with analytical/ debugging skills is essential
Good to have - worked on both windows and linux platforms.
Should be able to work in a fast paced unstructured startup environment
Knowledge of both Windows and Linux platforms is a strong plus
Knowledge in eCommerce or OTA applications is a strong plus
Work experience : 1-2years

Software Quality Assurance Engineer :
Location : Bangalore
Roles and responsibilities :
Develop and maintain test plans, test scenarios and execute test plans.
Define and track quality assurance metrics. Use in-house bug tracking tool for defect tracking.
Identify scope for test automation and create automation scripts for the same. Appropriate test tools need to be identified and used for automated testing.
Act as the prime contact for receiving and analyzing the issues on the product reported from its users/field
Skill set :
Proficiency in any of the major QA test management & automated testing tools such as LoadRunner, Selenium, etc.
Knowledge of writing SQL queries.
Experience in testing web applications, e-commerce applications.
Good analytical skills.
Should be comfortable at learning new tools.
Ability to understand and write code is a plus
Self-driven and a team player
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Work experience : 2-3years
