Position Qualifications :
Excellent oral and written communicator capable of multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
5 + years working experience in providing technical customer support services to diverse populations.
Development experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Database architecture and optimization techniques is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work independently as well as on a team
5 +years experience with Oracle E-Business Suite with knowledge, either technical or functional, of at least one Oracle ERP module
Knowledge of one reporting tool (Oracle Business Intelligence, Cognos, Business Objects, Discoverer) is a plus
Experience in RightNow Technology is preferred
Education / Training :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering and/or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Less than 5 years working with Oracle EBS or in IT industry
Entry-Level Consulting position : no prior direct experience with Noetix products or consulting experience
Oracle EBS knowledge in at least one the Oracle Applications modules (i.e. General Ledger, AP, INV, etc)
Experience with BI solutions in at least one of the following tools : Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Business Intelligence, Business Objects, or Cognos – server side knowledge of these tools is a plus
Proficiency in one or more of the following non Noetix technologies :
1. Windows 2003+ Server platforms
2. IIS
3. MSSQL Server 2005 +
4. Informatica
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Competent writing skills with email, design documentation, and technical papers
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction, collaboration and self-training
Ability to write complex SQL code
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle RDBMS, and UNIX / LINUX
Logistical Requirements :
Will be located at the Hyderabad, India office
Some night and off schedule work will be required
Education Requirements :
