TECHNICAL MANAGER :
DESCRIPTION : The Technical Manager will have a team of 2 to 3 Engineers reporting to him. The candidate will be heading the technical team and will primarily be responsible for Pre-sales with the customer.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE : Minimum 5 Years of Industrial Experience in New Product Design & Development.
EDUCATION : B.E. (Mechanical).
SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS :
Hands on Experience on 3D - Modeling / Assembly / Drafting using 3D CAD Tool (Preferably SolidWorks - Other Tools such as Solid Edge / Pro-Engineer / Uni-Graphics / AutoCAD Inventor is also OK).
Good Communication Skills - Should be able to interact with Customer effectively to understand his Critical Business Issues / Requirements
Good Presentation Skills - Should be able to give Technical Demos / Presentations to Prospects / Customers
Good Leadership Skills - Should be able to manage / guide / train /motivate the Technical Team Members
Should be willing to work in a Sales Driven environment
Exposure to any one of the following is a must - Simulation (FEA / CFD) / PDM / PLM Software.
Exposure to ISO 9001 or equivalent process is an advantage

Lead Development Executive :
DESCRIPTION : As Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for
Database management including creating fresh database and keeping the existing data up to date
Executing tele-calling campaigns for generating fresh enquiries and nurturing existing enquiries
MIS reporting
Work closely with marketing in providing follow-up support to their campaigns
Interacting with existing customer to identify opportunities for upsell / cross sell
Working closely with SolidWorks marketing team on planning, reporting and analysis
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE : 2+ years of tele-calling experience in lead generation and development.
EDUCATION : Graduation and above.
REQUIREMENTS :
Proven track record of entering the accounts and bypassing gatekeepers
Excellent communication skills
Street smart approach in breaking ice with prospects and delivering right communication to right people
