Customer Support Executive : Voice Process - Non-Travel
Candidate should be from commerce background. Candidates will be handling calls and will reply according to the customer needs.
Required skills :
(1) Candidate should be fluent in English.
(2) Candidate should be graduate from commerce background.
(3) Candidate should have worked in any international call centre.
Experience required : 6 - 12 months. Freshers may also apply.Under graduates, doing B.Com and waiting for final year results may also apply.

Customer Support Executive : Voice Process- Travel
Candidates will be handling calls from overseas and will reply according to the customer needs.
Required skills :
(1) Candidate should have fluency in any one foreign language. French will be given a priority.
(2) Candidate should be graduate.
(3) Candidate should have worked in Travel Voice Process.
(4) Candidate with IATA/UFTAA will be given preference.
(5) Candidate should be fluent in any one GDS.
Experience required : 2 - 3 years. Under graduates,
please do not apply.
