WALK-IN-INTERVIEW

1. Medical Officer (General Duty) – 03 (Three) Posts
Qualification and Experience : MBBS with Two Years Experience in Govt. or Reputed Private Hospital.
Additional Criteria : House Staff Ship / Resident Medical Officer in General Medicine or General surgery or Orthopaedics will get preference over other candidates.
Consolidated Compensation : ` 35000/- per month. Higher remuneration for higher experience may be considered.

2. Medical Officer (Specialist in Medicine) – 01 (One) Post
Qualification and Experience : MD in General Medicine with one year experience in Government or Reputed Private Hospitals.
Consolidated Compensation : ` 45000/- per month. Higher remuneration for higher experience may be considered.
Tenure : One year (which can be renewed for a maximum period of 3 years based on performance).

The posts are residential in nature for which the appointee will be provided with license fee free unfurnished quarters as per Institute rules. Leave will be admissible as per extant rules.

Job description :
The Following Illustration shows two views of workflows :
My work flows in EMR(Electronic Medical Record Software) is indexing ie; is moving the charts named as(Tempscan and inbound) from our folders to database software in the way of indexing (Selecting document type with dos and patient name)
The next type is preloading (Medical underwriting ) :
On the left side of the screen (EMR) is presented for nurse and physician :
Steps in preloading :
Getting patient charts and checking for mismatch.
Taking vital signs and chief complaint.
Review allergies and its Side effects.
Reviewing charts which is not included while doing Tempscan.
Reviewing patient problem list and I will take surgical history past medical history.
Reviewing patient social history, family history and Risk factors.
If the patient is child I will be taking immunizations for further use.
I will Preload all the above mentioned items in EMR ,For most doctors, one of the most time consuming functions is having to go through a patient's medical history. This could include the patient's pre-visits, family and social history and recommended medication. After this, the doctor proposes a treatment plan, records the entire process for transcription and finally proof-reads the transcription. All these functions could be taken care of with a electronic medical record system that would not only speed up the doctor's interaction with the patient chart, but ensures better care for patients. Our EMR or Electronic Medical Record software does exactly this. More than just a medical practice management software, it is a HIPAA compliant physician software application that simplifies the way patient charts are managed in the doctor's office.
