Essential Qualifications for the post of Professor in the Departments
(i) An eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualification in the concerned /allied/relevant discipline and published work of high quality actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and/ or research/policy papers.
(ii) A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in University/College, and /or experience in research at the University/National level institutions/industries, including experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level successfully.

How to apply : Details of eligibility, qualification, experience, specialization, etc., and application form can be obtained at www.rgu.ac.in or from the Deputy Registrar, Rajiv Gandhi University, Rono Hills, Doimukh-791 112, Arunachal Pradesh, during office hours on all working days in person. Cost of application form Rs.50/-. The candidates SC/ST/PWD category shall not have to pay the application fees, however, Rs.50/- from SC/ST/PWD will be charged as postal expenses only. Applicants downloading application form from website will have to pay Rs.400/- as application fee excluding SC/ST/PDW candidates. The filled in application form in quadruplicate with detail dossiers along with recently passport size of photographs pasted in each application form is to be submitted in a sealed cover super scribed with “Post Applied For” with Advertisement No. etc., to the Registrar, Rajiv Gandhi University, Rono Hills, Doimukh-791 112. Mode of Payment: Those applicants who have collected application form directly from the University Office is to pay the application fees of Rs. 200/- in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of payable at
