Technical Skills :
5+ years of IT industry experience
Good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Image Ready, Flash, Dreamweaver,
Excellent Visualization
To understand the requirements from the designer and based on the brief given, create graphics to convey the concept to the customer
Undertake research from the net, books, articles, gather documentation regarding the concept.
Creating different options of graphics per design to convey the theme.
Give inputs and suggest to designers regarding different techniques of embellishments
Suggest different techniques of printing and costing involved
Coordinate with vendors to get actual samples of the print.
Develop new vendors for graphics in coordination with clients
Management :
Excellent Time Management and Organization Skills
Must be able to remain calm when the pressure is on
Open to change and new ideas
Logical thinker

QA :
This high-profile organization is in need of candidates with at least 1 year of experience as QA analyst. Candidate should have solid understanding of QA testing and should be capable of leading the development/ execution of testing plans, to get test requirements, review test results and trouble shoot them. Experience with automated tools is an added advantage.
Responsible for assisting with the Quality Assurance of software releases.
White-Box and Black-Box testing of key product modules
Set up testing environments and test data.
Assist in the development of detailed requirements and work with engineering to determine QA provisions for product quality.
Develop test documentation including test plan, test cases and test metrics to ensure system functionality is in accordance with the requirements.
Establish and perform acceptance, functional, security, regression, stress, and cross platform tests.
Document software defects
Technical Skills :
Strong understanding of QA principles and development processes
Hands on experience with tools such as LoadRunner, WinRunner, JUnit and Ant utilities will be a plus
