Business Development Manager-Corporate Sales :

Reports To : Director

Job Description :
· Build and manage a team of focused and dynamic executives
· Responsible for developing new Key Accounts and managing the same for the Company
· Achieving defined key targets
· Manage existing client relationships
· Build and maintain good rapport at CXO level
· Keep track of customer’s changing needs to identify opportunities, analyze and present customized proposals/solutions
· Handle all documentation pertaining to a customer relationship independently viz. Proposals, presentation, contract etc.
· Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to the payment collection/ outstanding systems and procedures as per company policies.
· Contribute inputs to developing effective sales systems, processes and sales strategies for the organization
· Gather and prepare regular sales reports
· Groom and motivate the back office team to ensure that they support set accounts well and scale up to handle higher responsibilities
Liaison With :
External : IT, Purchase, Operations and HR departments of large Corporates in BFSI, Logistics, ITes, Telecom verticals.
Internal : Sales, Accounts & Logistics Team
Qualifications (Minimum) :
Any graduate with proven aptitude for enterprise distribution sales directly to end customer
Experience :
5-6 years of Corporate Sales dealing with large Corporates in BFSI, Logistics, ITes, Telecom etc. verticals.
Personality Attributes / Skills :
Good Oral, Written, Interpersonal Communication and Presentation Skills
Able to interact confidently and is a self starter
A hunter with proven consistent track record of achieving, exceeding targets. Should have handled target of minimum INR 3 crores per year.
Proven Techno-Commercial & Negotiation Skills
Strong Networking and client handling skills
Ability to manage relationships at CXO level.
