    FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE (F) - 01 :
    JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
    Attending to the phone calls and redirecting it to the concerned department.Handling EPABX System.Records of incoming & outgoing courier.Maintenance of daily attendance.Managing the front office area in terms of discipline as per company policy.Keeping record of stationery.Ensures kitchen/kitchen appliances and bathrooms are kept neat, clean and stocked with appropriate supplies.Informs supervisor in advance as to supply needs and if office/kitchen appliances are not functioning properly.Greet persons entering organization.Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.Office Maintenance.Keeping record of material In/Out.
