Presently I am looking over M/s. MSP Steel & Power Ltd (Chattisgarh) a 135 TPH CFBC Boiler.

- Checking of Pressure part & non Pressure part drawings.
- Making duct layouts, duct supports.
- Freezing the pressure parts layout as per thermal output.
- Code calculation as per IBR for pressure parts.
- Other Engineering Calculations such as
- Insulation & Cladding calculation
- Material fore cast preparation
- Buckstay calculation
- Line size calculation
- And other engineering calculations
- Looking Bought Out activities such as
- Specification preparation
- Making technical clearance
- Vendor drawing checking
- Proper coordination with vendor while completion of complete process
- Making analysis for ducting supports with the help of STAAD tool.
- Looking all BAAN & PLM activities.

This project is made at Mahindra & Mahindra Zaheerabad.

The project is made on Noise Tester which is made by Japanese, earlier it was used to test NEF (New Engine Family) type of gear boxes. Now it has been modified to test MDI_3200 type of gear boxes also.
