Fabric Manager/Technician :
Requirements :
Should have knowledge of both woven and knit fabrics
Should have knowledge of weaving, dyeing, & processing
People with B. Tech/Textile Technology qualification preferred
Responsibilities :
Timely fabric production with various mills
Quality checking
Managing lab tests for meeting buyers’ parameters
Salary : between Rs.20000 - Rs.30000

Sampling Manager :
Requirements :
Technically sound people from Garment Production Technology background
Should have worked in both woven and knits for both men’s and women’s wear
Minimum experience of 5 years in similar capacity
Responsibilities :
Planning sampling production of all buyers and meeting delivery deadlines
Ensure best quality sampling
Salary : between Rs.15000 - Rs.25000

Pattern Master :
Requirements :
Expert in both woven and knits for men’s and women’s wear
Capable of working on CAD
Minimum 5 years of experience from a reputed export house
Salary : between Rs.25000 - Rs.35000

Fashion Designers/Head Designers :
Requirements :
Capable of working on Adobe Photoshop and other design software
Graphic designers preferred.
Responsibilities :
Designing new seasonal collection for men’s wear, women’s wear, kids’ wear, and accessories
Setting up complete design department
Salary : between Rs.10000 - Rs.15000 for designers and Rs.25000 - Rs.30000 for head designers

Laundry Manager :
Requirements :
Capable of working on a high-tech laundry system
Good in denims dyeing and finishing
Should have knowledge of all kinds of washes and finishes
Should have good knowledge of washing and dyeing chemicals
Responsibilities :
Producing best quality output economically
Keeping up-to-date with and implementing new techniques of washing and finishing and new chemicals introduced
Performing special washing and finishing techniques on garments
Salary between Rs.20000 - Rs.25000
