Experience : 3yrs

Excellent knowledge of tableless XHTML coding
Person can also be a freelancer in profession and ready to join us.
Excellent Knowledge of Photoshop
Excellent Knowledge of Dreamweaver
Should have knowledge of various Web2.0 layouts and jquery effects.
Should be able to estimate time for given production work
Should have the ability to fix errors without standard HTML editors with developers
Should be able to create optimized CSS 2.0 and 3.0
Should have Knowledge of W3C Standards
Should have knowledge of stretchable/floating HTML templates
Should have knowledge of Accessibility and Usability principles of websites.
Worked with mobile WAP layouts
Should have at least 5 projects online
Added advantage :
If worked on at least one of the CSM templates eg : Jhoomla, Wordpress, Drupal

Software Developer :
Experience : 5-6 Yrs
Joining should be immediate
