FGMC is a typical lender whose Loan Origination is not the direct loans majorly. Major loans refinanced by FGMC are the Loans which are already refinanced by different lenders across United States and whose borrowers are not able to cope up with the Monthly payments at present because of reasons like (Loss of Employment, Increased responsibilities), and if the Lenders of these kind of loans are not ready to Foreclose because of Certain reasons like (Refinancing a new loan with some expected loss than to the Cost and Time involved in foreclosing the loan) will approach the FGMC and in some cases he will be ready to give the Curtailment on Open Balance or Concessions on Closing costs on behalf of the borrower to the FGMC to mitigate the loss, and submit their leads into the Lead Management system of the FGMC. The new leads entered into the Lead management system are in turn will be assigned to the Account Executives or Loan Officers in FGMC. Once these loans are submitted to the Loan Origination System, then the Loan Flow comes into the picture. Besides supporting the above said functionality it also supports all the other Components of the Loan Origination System like Doc Processing Engine, Automated Underwriting, Customizable Workflow, Compliance, the rule based assignment system and the customer relationship management.

This Setup is configured such that it can serve multiple Mortgage loan types available in the US Mortgaging Business like the Mortgage types (Conventional, FHA, VA), Amortization Types (FIXED, ARM, HELOC) and different purposes (PURCHASE, REFINANCE). This product is developed in point of view of integrating all the functionalities required in Mortgage lending process.
As the Mortgage business is always a change driven one, hence the Mortgage product is also built as a highly data driven application. Hence frequent updation of data is required for smooth handling of the system. This can be done only if we have some provision to do it in the system. So Admins are nothing but the tools to provide the user a friendly environment through which they can update the system with the day-to-day changing requirements.
