Developing screen designs and its elements for websites.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Preferably a commercial arts graduate for reputed institute .Creative Self-starter, Experience in designing elegant user interfaces for web platforms and mobile applications with Passion for social web, websites and branding, Good aesthetic sense, flair for visualization , skills and aptitude. Should be able to work in startup environment.
Requirements :
Experience in designing elegant user interfaces for web platforms and mobile applications with passion for social web, websites and branding.
Excellent in Adobe Photoshop, Adode Illustrator, Corel Draw, Pixlr
Good aesthetic sense, flair for visualization , skills and aptitude
Ability to design screen elements from requirements with high visual impact.
Ability to produce company collaterals like posters, characters, badges, other elements with clear content layout and chosen color palletes.
Ability to work with short deadlines
W3C / Understanding of the importance of web usability, - accessibility & standards.
Adaptability to iterative design process with continuous feedback and direct communication with the team.
Creative Self-starter in search for constant improvement.
Nice to have :
Previous startup experience preferred.
Additional experience with charts and graphics

Senior Web Developer :
Experience : 2 to 4 yrs in Web Development of Dynamic sites having Liquid lay out. Stint on social web is desirable.

The ideal candidate would be a web developer with proven experience building production, commercial-quality web based applications. Applicants must be comfortable with advanced SQL queries and web2.0/3.0 paradigms. The candidate needs to be ambitious to work way beyond current skills sets and open to embrace new ways of development and drive to excel in their career. The applicant must be proactive ,self-directed, organized, and extremely attentive to details. This candidate must recognize the value of agile, iterative development processes.
Additionally, this position requires :
Good HTML, XHTML, DHTML skills.
High skill on JQuery, Javascript and AJAX, JSON.
Good understanding of Web 2.0/ Web 3.0 patterns and UML.
Good understanding of OOAD,UML and code igniter framework.
Ability to design clean interfaces for interaction with PHP and JavaScript code.
Good understanding of SQL queries and a desire to work on Non relational databases.
High aptitude.
Capability of working in startup environments( Loads of challenges ,tons of fun).
Love for emerging technologies and passionate about Web. Google maps customization experience will be great.
Education Qualification : B.E or B Tech Full time (MCA Full time) from Tier 1 or 2 colleges
