4yrs - 10yrs of relevant experience in an Executive Search / HR Recruitment company.

Roles & responsibilities :
Business Development : Revenue Generation -Client Management -Team Management -Identifying and Initiating new clients -Understanding the client’s requirements. -Networking in the industry for more potential clients and contacts. -Consulting and mapping strategies with client for sourcing as per requirement.

Recruitment :
Involved in Full Cycle Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, interviewing, screening and placing personnel in quick turnaround time in permanent positions in the Specific Sector.
Source candidates and fill job orders using paid/free job sites, head hunting, third party companies, networking, user groups and referrals.
Lightening fast response time to clients needs and requests.
Enhancing company's database to be used by all recruiters for sourcing purposes.
Understanding the clients’ requirements, coordinating for short listing & screening including preliminary interview of the candidates.
Monitoring & follow-up till final selection.
Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domain categories.
