Primary responsibilities :
Day to day accounting for the Company income and Expenses
VAT ,CST ,PT ,e-TDS,Service Tax Returns to be filed with necessary authorities
Grouping accounts under various projects/profit centers
Reporting weekly accounts in necessary format to top management
Prepare account statements for Quarterly /Half yearly and Yearly Audits.
Manage Front Office ,Travel bookings.
Qualities :
Must be result oriented ,must be very disciplined , sound accounting knowledge
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High energy, self-motivated, quick study with positive attitude, flexible nature and goal-oriented work habits
Must be aware of latest accounting practices ,VAT,GST,service tax details.
Ordering Filing ,Regular follows up with necessary departments.
Requirements :
B.COM
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Pvt Ltd Companies ,or must have worked with Audit firms
It is mandatory to have good experience in Tally ,MS -office.

Excellent time-management skills - balancing multiple demands from many prospects
Positive, upbeat, outgoing personality. Result Oriented
Excellent communications skills, in person, on the phone and in writing.
