    Kudos InfoMedia Pvt Ltd is a software development company headquatered in Mumbai, India. The company was established with an objective to provide affordable software services to small and medium scale businesses. We also deliver e-learning products to educational institutions and ERP for shipping and logistics companies around the world. Using our expertise in web based technologies, we enable our clients to realize their business objectives in a way that is more profitable for them. In order to streamline our HR processes, we are in an urgent need for an HR Executive to join us full time.

    Responsibilities will include :
    Recruitment and Staffing
    - Work closely with the department managers to understand the hiring needs.
    - Post online job requirements, search internal and external databases.
    - Conduct initial telephonic interview with candidates to gather more information about them.
    - Co-ordinate with various hiring managers to scheduling the interviews of selected candidates.
    - Co-ordinate and follow up with job aspirants on interview schedule and application status.
    - Co-ordinate the backgroud reference checks for job aspirants.
    - Conduct the new hire orientation session.

    Payroll Administration :
    - Work with all departments and managers to collect time sheet data on a weekly basis.
    - Verify attendance and employee work timings against timesheet data.
    - Co-ordinate with outsourced payroll company for salary processing.
    - Co-ordinate between the employees and payroll company for support, documents, queries etc.

    Benefits Administration :
    - Assist in analysing and framing employee benefits policies.
    - Assist the top management in the quaterly performance reviews of employees.

    Additional Responsibilities :
    - Gather feedback from various departments for bottom up and top down reviews.
    - Gather projects related feedback from team on project completion.
    - Process Business card and ID card requests.
    - Update internal phone list and birthday calendar.
    - Other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

    Requirements :
    - Graduate or Post graduate from any stream with relevant HR background/experience
