Position : General Manager (Sales and Project Management)
Qualification : Electrical / Electronics Engineer with minimum 10 years of experience in the field of power plant equipment sales to Electrical Equipment Manufacturers, Laboratories, Railways, Power Projects, PSUs, SEBs, Power Plants, EPC Contractors etc.
The person shall be able to manage a team of sales engineers, deputy managers and sales / project managers.
Salary : Rs. 8 to 10 lacs per annum plus sales target linked incentives.
Reporting : Directly to the Business Unit Head.

Position : Regional Managers - Sales
Qualification : Electrical / Electronics Engineer with minimum 5 years of experience in the field of power plant equipment (Testing & Measuring Instruments, Condition Monitoring Systems, Analyzers and Calibration Meters etc) sales to Electrical Equipment Manufacturers, Laboratories, Railways, Power Projects, PSUs, SEBs, Power Plants, EPC Contractors etc.
The person shall be able to manage a team of sales engineers and deputy managers.
Salary : Rs. 4 to 6 lacs per annum plus sales target linked incentives.
Reporting : To the GM (Sales & Project Management)

Position : Manager - Procurement and Vendor Development
Qualification : Graduates in Commerce / Electrical / Electronics Engineer with minimum 6 years of experience in the field of Procurement of Testing & Measuring Instruments, Condition Monitoring Systems, Analyzers and Calibration Meters, Machinery, Tools, Tackles, Hoists etc from Indian and Foreign Vendors. Knowledge of CENVAT, Import Documentation, Sales in Transit, High Sea Sales, Duty Benefits for Deemed Export and Mega Power / SEZ Projects is essential.
Salary : Rs. 6 lacs per annum plus procurement target linked incentives.
Reporting : To the GM (Sales & Project Management)

Beginning December, 2010 joined 102 MW, Ewekoro power plant located at Nigeria as Contract Manager fully responsible for total operations & maintenance to Owner’s. (March,2008-July,2010) worked as Warranty Manager for Wartsila Eastern Africa - Nairobi responsible for all installations under warranty of this region.
(Jan,2005 – Feb,2008) worked as Warranty Manager at Khartoum (Sudan) for all installations under warranty.
Earlier to this worked as Site warranty engineer for Customer Support Operations based at Ponta Delgada/Azores/Portugal. Responsibility included providing plant operational support and maintaining customer relations. Handling warranty related matters, receiving customer complains, evaluation, rectification / settlement of claims and also feed back information to Wartsila for improvements.
Prior to above mentioned two assignments also worked as Regional Warranty Manager at Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic (Jan,2001-April,2002) for 102.5 MW “Palamara” power plant and 75 MW power barge “Estrella del Mar”.
At Dhaka, Bangladesh (July,1999-Dec,2000) for 115 MW gas diesel power barge “Haripur”. Also, at Jakarta, Indonesia (June,1997-June,1999) for all installations under warranty. All these assignments had work responsibility having total inter-action with plant management/owners and their operational personnel on warranty / operations related matters.
WMI Power Plant Pvt. Ltd. (Dec. 1996 – May 1997)
Worked as Regional Manager for Northern India, responsible for MAN B&W Projects. During this period carried out project site work, erection, commissioning of 2*12V48/60 – 12,5 MW. DG sets.
Parasrampuriya Synthetics. Ltd. (April 1995 – November 1996)
Worked as Manager (Power) in project department. Responsible for 5*4 MW 12V32 Wartsila Engine installations, commissioning and operations for group companies, located at two different sites.
Indorama Synthetics Ltd. (April 1994 – April 1995)
Worked as Plant Manager for 16MW diesel power plant having 4*12V32 Wartsila DG sets. Responsibility included total project execution, erection, commissioning and later on its operations & maintenance.
WARTSILA DIESEL Inc. USA (August 1990 – Jan. 1992)
Worked as Service Engineer posted at Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic) for 40 MW power barge “ESTRELLA DEL NORTE” and 20 MW power plant at Pureto Plata. During this tenure also worked on various ships having Wartsila engines.
WARTSILA DIESEL India Ltd. (April 1987 – April 1990)
Worked as Superintendent Engineer (after sales) for erection, commissioning and maintenance of heavy fuel operated diesel power plants installed at different locations through out India. Trained with ABB, Westfalia and Wartsila at their manufacturing factories.

Worked as Service Engineer for diesel engine department, looking after erection, commissioning and maintenance of MTU diesel generating sets installed at various sites in India.

Indian Navy (August 1974 – August 1984)
