there is no growth and job security in this company.

they provide different pay scales for ppl who work under same designation.....

they dont provide us wit pay scales,they give appointment order not in the name of ASEC india,insted they give in the name of AG resources and Vedha resources!!!

It is the worst working experience in the company almost all the seniors have moved away from the company, working in asec india is wasting ur golden time......

joining this company is totally waste of time and defenitely you will lose all your knowledge and become a reading machine without meanings

I'm working in Asec India for about 6 months. Let me shed a light on the company and the job and tell you the actual facts.

If you are searching for a permanent job to spend rest of your life, then this is not the suitable company for you.

The pay scale depends on the basic salary, shift allowance, individual incentives and appraisals. So, certainly the salary would differ for employees.

I'm a IT graduate who had arrears. When I was worried that time and sat at home idle, I got this job and was happy. This job is advantageous because one could work in afternoon shift or night shift and search for jobs related to their field, in the morning. Some employees here are working at night shifts and are studying higher education in the morning. You may ask permission from the company and work in the time suitable for you too.

And yes, some people have resigned from here and moved on to bigger companies like Tata McGraw Hill... The appointment order is given in the name of Vedha resources but it's not a problem because many people who had work experience here moved on to bigger companies without any problem.
There's a good scope if you get experience here and work in other publishing companies; you'll get a higher pay scale.

There's no work pressure and the company is not very strict. I joined here as a proofer and now became Quality Controller.

I agree that company doesn't have very much growth, but it's stupidity to say that there's no job security, except you give utter worst performance. Infact, you can be here for your life time and the company won't shoo you away.

The company gives the highest salary than any proof reader can get in other companies in CBE. So, here I'm working without wasting a time sitting idle at home, meanwhile searching for a job in IT industry.

well.... Mr working in a this company for past 6 months let me tell u something about what it takes to being a proper company..

1. it should provide a growth for the person who is working along with its growth
2. It should be well organized from top level Managers to Basic low level Staffs
3. It should operate In a single name.
4. It should provide u with basic statements for working like salary statement, PF. No.( during the time of working not after resigning), and ESI details.
5. It should also be a place for growing your knowledge and not making u into Scum

Hmmm.... may be it seems to be good for guys like u who sits idle and those who have arrears, may be even like paradise... but do u know how hard to get jobs after u have working in this company...

Do u think working like Machine is a freedom do u.... ( do u have worked for 28 days continuously without a leave that is Sundays included) ....

Do u think many seniors moved on only they got jobs in better company... think again

Me and another guy joined this company with same merits on same day for same position . i got salary of 8000 and he got 6000. Did u think there is much difference in our
skills... i don't think so, he was cheated.

This is a Company provides a worst environment for ur Growth in ur life( if u r thinking abt continuing this field of work) but if u r thinking abt joining a good company in different field u can work here for mean time... its some what better than sitting idle nothing else

This project “Intricate Tenable Contrive” deals with the Server based Information and Maintenance of the Server. This system is used to reduce the workload of the server. It provides mail services, chat services between the clients and it also response to the client requests. File transfer is handled between client and the server. To share a file from another client the requestor client sends the request to the server. The server then gets the file from the client which provides the requested file.
Administrator can get request from more than one client and will transfer the requested file to the client. The ability to compose, sends, and receives Electronic mail has been enormously popular. Resource sharing services if a client wants applications from the server, the server grant permission to the particular Client according to their authentication level, i.e., applications are shared between server and clients. Web page view services if the page is available in the server then the server provide a copy of the page and open the page in the client location.

It is a small US based MNC company in coimbatore and there is no growth in that company. The company will feed you shit and watch you to grow. The workers of this company is called as labours because the company will pay you in daily wage basis. Recently this company terminated more than 100 of its labours without any prior notice. So there is no any job security in this company. Guys so please think and act wise.
Acting Against Human Feel - No Respect for Employee Value...Well Experienced Employee has be terminated Without any Prior Information.....around 30 members in One day - This situation may come for All at Any time...Every one has Own family commitment... If management need they will recruit as much employee for their revenue..if not they are thrown out in One hour decision...
