    Job Description
    - Design and development of New products in AC Motors and DCMotors.
    - Maintenance and upgradation of design of all existing products.
    -Draw Quality plan for Motors.
    -Specify test for incoming material, during process, assemply and in final testing.
    -Manage the team of designers for implementation and execution of design and development.
    -Perform the task assigned in the interest of the organisation.
