German/ French/ Spanish/ Italian/ Korean OR Portuguese Communication Expert - First Level Helpdesk Support
Ideal Profile :
Full understanding of IBM based Operating Systems : Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7.
Full understanding of Macintosh Operating Systems.
Understanding TCP/IP Networking Protocol.
Full understanding of web browsers available on the market.
Idea of Wi-Fi Networking and Roaming.
Polite and calm communication abilities, able to work under pressure.
