    Description :
    Calculation, Design & Development of Products in line with business process to meet the given Technical Specification.
    Preparation of 3D model.
    Cost / weight optimization for crane, assemblies and components.
    Work closely with design team on Certification process for NPI programs.
    FEA analysis (ANSYS) -Static & Dynamic & Calculation -
    - Preparation of manufacturing drawings & release of the drawings.
    - Project Specific Technical Support to Internal Customers
    - Project Specific vendor visit as & when required.
    - Project Specific In-house Testing & Validation / Documentation of the Prototypes.
    - Co-ordination with Suppliers for verification & approval of jigs & fixtures for mass production
    Responsible for India/ Asia Pacific territory
    Reporting to Head - R & D
    Qualification :
    - MTech / BE in Mechanical/Aerospace / Civil Structural Engineering
    - 6+ years of relevant experience on Finite Element Analysis
    - Exposure to various dynamic analysis techniques such as spectrum analysis, harmonic analysis etc.
    Location : Chennai

    Job Title : Quality Manager
    Description :
    - Responsible for quality of the product and overall management of the quality department
    - Define the processes of production and validate the conformity in serial production and start serial production in case of new products.
    - In case of non-conformity, set up corrective actions, set up indications to improve the quality.
    - Elaborate budget of the department and mange team.
    - Continuous evaluation of suppliers and ensuring quality of suppliers' products.
    - Responsible for India \ Asia Pacific territory.
    - Reporting to MD - Operations.
    Location : : Chennai or any other place in India

    In this project we have reduce the force required to lift the water from hand pump by oscillating mass at the end of lever. Thus the oscillating mass reduces human effort.
