Role summary :
Understanding the Customer requirement, specifications & work scope in detail. Planning, Monitoring and Controlling of whole Project Life cycle.
Forecasting material, project Budget and its controlling.
Forecasting resource requirement like Manpower & Building Team. Managing & leading team to deliver quality services to clients within time & budget.
Monitoring day to day project progress. Progress review meeting with internal team.
Handling ROW problems.
Co-ordination with Client and Sub-contractors.
Evaluation of KRA’s on regular basis and identify the gaps and new competencies required for the team and develop plans to build required competencies internally / externally.
Preferred qualification : B.E.(EEE)
