- Handling the installation & commissioning and calibration work of all the field instruments, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, AC/DC Drives & PLC used in the process plant.
- Performing routine calibration & maintenance activities for various field instruments, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, AC/DC Drives, etc.

Responsibility : Implemented an inspection station comprising Height Sensor (SICK Laser Sensor) so as to calculate the anode height which is an important quality criterion for anode rejection.
Project Title : Over-Size Flow Detection
Responsibility : Implemented the project for flow monitoring in over-size chute of BUTT (recycled anode) for determining Crusher efficiency and Vibrating screen jam.
