Job Description :
Required a DPM/Civil Engineer have an experience of 8 to 15 years in construction projects. Plus point if he have experience in power sector.
(i) Candidate must have excellent techno-commercial, leadership skills, proven financial acumen, excellent influencing, negotiating and fund raising skills, backed by considerable senior management experience. You must also demonstrate that your leadership style is rooted in our values of being an inclusive and collaborative organization and one that is empowering yet decisive. (ii) Conceptualize the Company in terms of feasibility study, Evaluation, Basic Engineering evaluation, vendor selection and finalization, site selection, project evaluation in terms of outlays & profits.
Process Improvement/ Cost Reductions : (i) Handling various continuous improvement initiatives in the process. (ii) Conceptualizing & implementing strict measures in the operating procedures for optimizing resource as well as capacity utilization. (iii) Analyzing various processes/applications and recommending modifications & equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiency. (iv) Devising systems and process changes for productivity improvements, reducing rate of rejection, better quality control and timely Job completion.
