Candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience fabrication of heavy structurals.
Should have Good knowledge of drawing , job and process planning.
Practical knowledge of cutting and welding .
Equipped with Skills for development of fixtures for faster output.
Quality , cost , safety and time conscious.
Leading a team of minimum 40 workmen - fitters , welders , grinders , helpers .

Candidate should have following qualities :
Quality , cost , safety and time conscious.
Good planner , communicator , chaser
Shall be able to work under pressure to deliver goods in time.
