Position : Customer Retention Executive
Job Description :
We are currently working on a customer retention project for one of the largest online music retailers. This project requires interacting with the customers (over web chat) who have been using the services for free, and convincing them to pay for the service and become a regular subscriber. It will require the candidate to-
Understand the customer’s problem,
Find a spontaneous resolution to the problem.
Work Hours : 10 Hours a day, 6 Days a week (9 hours of work + 1 hour of break)
We work in 24x7 environment as our customers are located in different parts of the world. Shits are rotational, however we can accomodate females in day shifts.
Job Requirements :
- Schooling from an English medium school
- College Graduation Degree (Final year students may also apply)
- Candidate should live in or around Noida
- No prior work experience required
Skills Required : You should have good communicational skills, command over written English, and understanding of Internet. The candidate should be self motivated with the strong convincing power and the passion to excel.
Remuneration : Monthly package for this position is between Rs. 8,000 – Rs. 12,000
Position : Technical Support Executive (Voice)
Job Description :
The candidate will assist our customers in US, over phone and emails regarding general web-hosting and e-mail set-up issues. (This is a night shift job). The executive will be required to :-
Telecalling
Provide technical support to the customers
Customer Service
Job Requirements :
- Extensive understanding of server based applications
- Knowledge of MS Outlook and web browsers
- Understanding of computers, internet and basic applications
- Ability to understand the problem and willingness to help in resolving the issues
- The candidate should live in or around Noida
- Exposure of Global environments would be an added advantage
Skills Required : Excellent communication skills, ability to understand problems and willingness to resolve issues.
Remuneration : Monthly package for this position is between Rs 12000 – Rs.18000
Position :Online Sales Executives (text chat)
Job Description :
The job requires interacting with customers of major online businesses from across the globe, over text based chat. The candidate will be required to :-
Answer customer queries
Sell website products/ services
Build customer relations
Job Requirements :
- Good typing speed at least 25 words per minute
- Min education qualification : Senior secondary
- Basic knowledge of computer
- Understanding of Internet.
- Have the flexibility to work in shifts (Shifts are rotational)
- Candidates living in or near Noida preferred
Skills Required : Good written and oral communication skills, positive attitude and customer sensitive, self motivated with the strong convincing power and a passion to excel.
Remuneration : Monthly remuneration package for this position can range from Rs. 12,000/- to Rs.18000/
Position : Sales Executive (Outbound Calls)
Job Description :
The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls and market services for a UK based company. The sales representative will persuade customers about the utility of the service and answer all queries related to it. He will be required to :-
Achieve challenging targets
Create business opportunities
Work Experience :
At least 6 months experience in an outbound process, preferably in an International call centre
Job Requirements :
- Schooling from a reputed English medium school
- UK accent required
- Command over spoken English
- Knowledge of Internet, E-Commerce
- Flexibility to work in shifts
Skills Required : Presentable, good convincing power and energetic person, self motivated with strong convincing power and a passion to excel.
