    Working with the Production Manager to identify and implement process improvement initiatives
    Monitoring and controlling key process parameters
    Co-ordinating maintenance activities to minimize downtime of equipment
    Troubleshooting in the process
    Candidate Profile :
    BE in Chemical Engineering with 3-6 years experience in a Chemical Plant

    Job Description :
    Shift Incharge is responsible for :
    Engaging productively with workers to meet production and quality targets in shifts
    Monitoring and controlling key process parameters
    Co-ordinating maintenance activities to minimize downtime of equipment

    Candidate Profile :
    BE in Chemical Engineering with 1-3 years experience in a Chemical Plant.
