Pay Band / Scale : Rs. 15600-39100 + RGP of Rs. 8000/-

Essential Qualification :-
Doctoral degree in relevant field of Agriculture / Horticulture / Animal Sciences / Fisheries including relevant basic sciences with 4 years experience as Scientist/Lecturer/Extension Specialist or in an equivalent position in the pay-scale of Rs.8000-13500 (Revised pay band - 3, Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 + RGP Rs. 5400) having made contribution to research/teaching/extension education as evidenced by published work/innovations.
Or
Doctoral degree in relevant field of Agriculture / Horticulture / Animal Sciences / Fisheries including relevant basic sciences with 4 years experience of high quality post-doctoral research in an institution of repute evidenced by publications in high impact/renowned journals.

Desirable Qualification : -
Specialization in implementing extension education programmes.

Age Limit : -
Below 45 years as on closing date for receipt of application. Age relaxation by 5
years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.
