Filling up the ex-cadre posts of Section Officer, Research Assistant, Senior Hindi Translator, Stenographer, Lower Division Clerk in Committee of Parliament on Official Language.

1 Post : Section Officer
Scale of Pay : 9300-34800 + GP 4800
Essential Qualifications : Office under the Central Government
(a) (1) Holding analogous posts on regular basis, or
(2) With three years regular service in posts in the scale of Rs.5500-9000 or equivalent; and
(b) Possessing three years experience of the Administration Accounts and Establishment work.

2 Post : Research Assistant
Scale of Pay : 9300-34800 + GP 4200
Essential Qualifications : Employees under the Central Government
(a) (1) Holding analogous posts on regular basis; or
(2) With 3 years Regular services in the posts in the scale of Rs. 5000-8000 or equivalent; or
(3) With 6 regular Service in posts in the Scale of Rs. 4500-7000/5000-8000 or equivalent posts : and
(4) With 10 years regular Service in posts in the Scale of Rs. 4000-6000 or equivalent posts: and
(b) Possessing 2 years experience of noting, drafting and preparation of position paper in Hindi relevant to the Official Language police of the Government.

3 Post : Senior Hindi Translator
Scale of Pay : 9300-34800 + GP 4200
Essential Qualifications : Office under the Central Government
(1) Holding analogous posts on regular basis, or
(2) With three years regular service in the posts of Junior Translator (Hindi) in the scale of Rs. 5000-8000.

4 Post : Stenographer Gr. “C”
Scale of Pay : 9300-34800 + GP 4200
Essential Qualifications : Employees under the Central Government
(1) Holding analogous posts on regular basis, or
(2) Stenographers in the pay scale of Rs. 4000-100-6000/-with five years regular service and having speed of 100 w.p.m. in Hindi or English Stenography.
(3) Preference will be given to those knowing Hindi Stenography.

5 Post : Stenographer Gr. “D”
Scale of Pay : 5200-20200 + GP 2400/-
Essential Qualifications : OEmployees under the Central Government
(1) Holding analogous posts on regular basis; or
(2) Lower Division Clerks who have two years regular service in the grade and have speed of 80 w.p.m. in English or Hindi Stenography.
(3) Preference will be given to those knowing Hindi Stenography.

6 Post : Lower Division Clerk
Scale of Pay : 5200-20200 + GP 1900/-
Essential Qualifications : Employees under the Central Government
(1) Holding analogous posts on regular basis; or
(2) Preference shall be given to those having a speed of 25 w.p.m. in Hindi Typewriting and 30 w.p.m. in English Typewriting
