Inventory Controller :
Department : Buying

Reporting to : Buyer / Assistant Buyer
Job Description :
Buy, range and manager the category based on the demands and expectations of our customers. Monitor Stock levels Generate, review and adjust orders Place orders and confirm the order has been received Confirm that goods will be available within the agreed window Manage allocations Maintenance of appropriate inventory levels in accordance with sales rates, model requirements and inventory budgets to achieve an acceptable GPROSI Maintenance of balanced inventory levels throughout the organisation through inter store transfers where appropriate Assist the buying team in the following
Reviewing and forecasting demand
Reviewing OTB
Forecasting promotional demand and deciding orders
Reviewing and adjusting store models
Initiating and/ or responding to DC queries
Initiating and/ or responding to Supplier queries
Desired Profile :
Competencies : Strong negotiation skills. High level of verbal and written communication skills. Accurate numerical and analytical skills Generic computer skills (eg. Microsoft office)
Experience :
1-2 years experience buying/sales/product management. Stock replenishment experience in a multi SKU environment. Experience in a retail buying environment would be advantage.
Qualification : Bachelors degree

Stock Position at DC Direct store delivery in-stock position Adherence to OTB Ability to complete Ad hoc requests in agreed timeframes
Purpose :
The Rebuyer is responsible for maintaining appropriate stock levels in the business by generating, placing and confirming orders with vendors as well as reviewing stock levels and highlighting concerns to buyers.

Executive / Senior Executive - Warehouse :
Department : Logistic
Location : Bangalore DC
Reporting to : Warehouse Manager, Asst. Warehouse Manager
Job Description :
Warehouse discrepancies are managed with set budgets and clear from the warehouse with 7 days of receipt Manage store returns to vendor within 14 days Work with labourers to ensure the timely receipt, picking and dispatch of goods Plan the arrangement of goods within the warehouse Oversee the picking, packing and distribution activities of the goods in the warehouse Ensure productivity targets are met and maintained Keep stock control systems up to date by conducting periodic cycle count activities and ensure all inventories are properly managed with 100% stock accuracy Ensure all employees are aware of the tasks and responsibilities for their shift Provide retail consulting services to Retail especially in the area of Secondary Transportation Work with retail to deliver Business Case outcomes
Competencies : Good analytical & spatial skills Good verbal and written communication skills. Generic computer skills (eg. Microsoft office)
Experience :
0-2 Years of Warehouse management experience from Retail, Wholesale, Consumer Electronics, FMCG or Logistics will be well regarded.
Qualification : Graduation / MBA, Post-Graduate Studies in Logistics

Key Measures :
Understand the COBD of the warehouse and look for ways to ensure we meet budget Achieve average of 95% on the KPI Monitor Chart over the 12 months period Meeting the key performance index Dispatches to and from the DC Stock cover (Store sales)
Purpose :
To assist the Warehouse Manager in their designated warehouse to ensure targets, budgets and SLA are achieved.
