Synthesis and characterization of materials for lithium ion battery and there electrochemical study
Development of high performance of Nano LiFePO4 composite and LiFePO4/INT composite as a Nano functional cathode material for lithium ion battery. An innovative technique of cavitation /ultrasonic assisted is used to synthesized the reduced size nano lithium iron phosphate. Main emphasis of this project is to study the electrochemical performance of functional Nano structured LiFePO4 nano composite by fabrication of lithium ion battery. The composite Terpolymer film was also prepared which act as battery separator and a membrane. This work includes the determination of cyclic voltammeter by connecting the pt/Agcl electrode to anode and working to the cathode electrode.

- Studied that Ultrasonic energy used for fragmentation of liquid produced fine droplets with high sphericity and uniform size distribution.

- Studied the drop diameter is not only depend on surface tension, entropy, amplitude and density of liquid but it is also a function of dimensionless number as Weber number, Ohnesorge number as well as intensity number.
