Roll out of daily / weekly reports on all metrics
Cater to required adhoc requests from BU leaders / managers on any floor performance related data / metrics based on Manager’s Approval.

Description Revenue leakage is a major problem suffered in Cable industry. This has led to a fall in actual revenue which is not matching the expected revenue from services offered. The revenue assurance has helped in identifying why the company is losing its revenue and helped in implementing the solutions to reduce revenue leakage. Revenue assurance is a continuous and effective endeavor aimed at improving operational efficiency and ensuring that all possible revenue is collected.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing the revenue leakage within the organisation and identifying the reasons for the same by performing the root cause analysis and implementing the solutions
- Participation in brainstorming sessions and various meetings to analyze, identify, discuss and finalize the process of eliminating the data asynchronisation between the two data sources
- Monitoring and helping the excel team to perform the data synchronisation between the two data sources
Potential Benefits of the project :
- Identified the various reasons of revenue leakage
- Analyzed the financial impact on monthly revenue caused by reasons of revenue leakage
- Implementation of the solutions, as a result of which the company reported that it was able to reduce its revenue leakage by around 88%-90%

The computer speaks asking the user to record the message and it is send to the respective mail id.
