    Quality Assurance Engineer : (Pune, India)
    In this position you will be responsible for testing of assigned areas in IDeaS products. This role will generate and execute test cases. In addition, the QA Engineer will work on resolving cases relating to our products.
    Essential Job Responsibilities :
    Design test cases by studying the requirements and functional specifications
    Achieve understanding of product at a detailed level
    Develop, document and maintain test suites
    Diagnose problems using tools or otherwise
    Learn any needed tools/skills efficiently and quickly
    Improve procedures/tools for areas of responsibility
    Report and track defects
    Follow the QA processes
    Communicate effectively
    Job Qualifications - Essential :
    Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or engineering
    Must have a strong knowledge of software testing
    At least one year of experience testing; experience in Product Company will be an added advantage
    Working knowledge on platforms like Windows (NT, 2000,XP) and Unix (AIX)
    Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
    Job Qualifications - Preferred :
    Master’s degree in computer sciences or engineering
    Knowledge of Perl or any scripting language
    Knowledge of automated tools

    Client Project Administrator : (Pune, India)
    Essential Job Responsibilities :
    Assist in the project management process by entering, collecting and producing records using the CRM tool, Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office tools
    Execute the administrative tasks set by Client Services team members according to the general targets set
    Ensure overall effective day-to-day administration of projects
    Provide high quality administrative support the IDeaS Client Project Management team and contribute to the efficient running of large roll-outs
    Create and distribute IDeaS Learning System logins to the appropriate project contacts
    Distribution of Client Satisfaction surveys using the appropriate tools and distribution methods
    Enter and schedule relevant tasks in regards to training assignments executed by the Client Training Specialist team
    Assist with documenting current and new processes within the Client Services and Service Delivery teams
    Ensure transparency and visibility to the organization is provided via Salesforce.com
    Any other reasonable duties as required by the company
    Essential Job Qualifications :

    Revenue Optimization Analyst : (Pune, India)
    Essential Job Responsibilities :
    Ensure issues are correctly assigned and client calls/portal issues are resolved within pre-defined resolution timeframes
    Identify and escalate areas of concern
    Analyze data from client systems to check for accuracy of forecasts and make necessary adjustments to the forecasts when appropriate tools available
    Resolve any business issues for the client including questions on business practices, system configuration, and system usage and monitoring
    Interacts directly with clients via appropriate method
    Interacts and supports the Client Relationship Manager
    Documentation of new processes and update existing documentation to keep it current
    Train new and existing personnel on current processes and procedures
    Create a positive and productive environment within the department
    Job Qualifications - Essential :
    B. Sc. or a degree in science stream or degree or diploma in hotel management
    Post-Graduate degree or diploma in computers, business administration or science would be added advantage
    At least five years of hotel experience in Front Office, Sales, Reservations or Revenue Management in four- or five-star hotel chains
    Analytical approach to identification and resolution of complex problems
