Work experience in - cPanel, Exim, Mysql, Bind, Apache, Tomcat, Enkompass, IIS, Microsoft FTP Server, MSSQL.
Strong written and spoken English Language skills.
Outstanding troubleshooting skills.
Good team player.
Self motivated, Customer focused, Quality Delivering and Fast working
RHCE, RHCSS preferable.
Willingness to work in shifts and support multiple clients.
Ability to work and resolve off-shift problems whenever required.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
Providing technical support in cPanel to international web hosting clients and data centres; and undertaking system admin work in Linux and Windows Servers. Shift work is required.
