1. Applications are invited for the regular post of Asstt Master in General Science (Biology with CBZ combination).

2. Essential qualification :-B.Sc.(Biology with CBZ combination) with B.Ed Degree. Preference will be given for higher qualification and experience of teaching at secondary level in residential schools.

3. Maximum age limit : 35 years as on 30 Jun 2011.

4. Pay and perks : Pay Band- Rs 9300-34800/-, Grade Pay Rs 4,600/-. D.A., other allowances as per Sainik Schools Society Rules & Regulations, subsidized education for two children and free messing for self except during vacations.

Total emoluments approximately Rs.27,000/-p.m. Rent free accommodation as available.

5. How to apply : Candidates to apply on plain paper with a passport size photo with full Bio-data, A/c Payee Demand Draft of any Nationalised Bank of Rs 200/-(non-refundable) drawn in favour of Principal, Sainik School, Satara payable at Satara. Applications with attested copies of educational qualifications and experience certificate alongwith self addressed envelope 9”x 4” with Rs 5/- stamps affixed must reach Principal, Sainik School, Satara on or before 13 Aug 2011.

6. Terms and conditions :
(a) The job is transferable with All India liability.
(b) School will not be responsible for postal delay.
(c) Short listed candidates will only be called for written test and interview.
(d) No TA/DA will be admissible.
(e) The post is reserved for Scheduled Caste. However, if qualified and eligible SC candidate is not available, the post will be filled from amongst the general category candidates as per rules of Sainik Schools Society.
(f) The school administration reserves the right to cancel the vacancy due to non-availability of suitable candidates or administrative / policy reasons.
