Role Purpose : To work with teams on delivery of project, including consumer and market research, strategy
development assistance, and on implementation of our recommendation.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Project Delivery :
Manage and contribute to consulting assignments through insightful analysis, modeling and innovative
solutions & discussions
Work on jobs/tasks that contribute towards providing superior solutions and results to clients
Service Development -
Read and keep updated on developments in sector/ expertise areas and identify new clients/leads
Assist in business development activities of the company by preparing project/work proposals
Contribute to the repository of consulting processes and knowledge bank
Project and Client Management-
Work in collaboration with team members and practice in delivering client assignments and ensure
superior deliverables
Allocating work responsibilities and monitoring progress and quality of project/work delivery
Manage client relations and build business pipeline
Desired Profile :
Education : B.E/B. Tech./MBA/PGDBM or Post Graduation (Economics, Statistics)
Experience : 3-7 Years of relevant experience with a consulting firm/Retail/FMCG Companies/Real Estate Consultants.

Experience in Business Process Improvement
Good at managing team
Excellent interpersonal, communication, written & presentation skills
Should be open to travel on job assignments and spend extended periods away from home base or at client site
