    Qualification :
    Any Graduate. Freshers will be considered.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Good knowledge of the local language and English.
    Possess a two wheeler.

    Job Profile :
    Promoting the concept and benefits of ‘Insurance Account’ comprising service of all (General, Health & Life insurance) policies of a client under one account through a team of Account Managers and Executives.
    Aggressive promotion and servicing, leading to increase in the number, of insurance account portfolios with the company.
    Providing a clear idea and perception regarding the different general, health and life (GHL) insurance products to the clients and give appropriate advice to them.
    Sending out a constant and clear message to the market that : “Tarjani Insurance Broking is a professional Insurance Intermediary Company licensed by IRDA, under Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (Insurance Brokers) Regulations 2002. We are not an Insurance company. We provide Insurance consultation, Insurance Policy Portfolio Management and Claims Service. All this is entirely FREE, entailing No extra cost to you. All costs are paid by the insurance companies as underwriting and other charges.”
    Open Insurance Accounts by conferring Tarjani concept and collect photocopy of all GHL policies. Then retain the client by closing all the policies that fall due for renewal in future.
    Service all policies of a client irrespective of the company, time and nature of the policies through a single account in the ‘Insurance Account’ format.
    Review existing policies with our underwriting department for revival and advice the client on critical issues with respect to risk cover.
    Review existing policies, assess areas exposed to risk and advise the client on covering the risk adequately.
    Disseminate information to the clients’ regarding the special discounts that can be availed through ‘ Insurance Account’ format, based on the claim history and volume of premium
    Carry out ‘Needs Analysis’ studies of respective clients, advise suitably and provide customized insurance cover.
    You are responsible to deliver World Class Service to the Client portfolio assigned to you.
    For General Insurance requirements, analyze & assess the risk, discuss policy terms & conditions according to clients' need and Finalize policy proposal in coordination with back office.
    Discuss clients’ Life Insurance requirements with respect to their age, income and return on premium for their future needs. Note policy terms & conditions and finalize policy proposal in coordination with back office.
    Guide proper Health Insurance policy to cope up clients medical needs. Verify exclusions, policy terms & conditions and Finalize policy proposal with coordination of back office.
    Follow-up renewals and reminders promptly, renew clients expiring policies in time with adequate and accurate risk cover at economy premium with coordination of back office.
    Provide insurance policy endorsement service with respect to any changes, additions or deletions to the insured asset with coordination of back office.
    Understanding the contents and Completion of Proposal form with efficient information would certainly be instrumental in reducing claims related controversies. In the de-tariffed scenario insurance premiums are negotiable and client may be offered highest discount with lowest risk cover. Hence verify realistic information of the client provided to you.
    Gain new business by identifying and exploiting opportunities in the local market.
    Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients.
    Promote new initiatives through regular visits and frequent communication with clients.
    Increase profitability of existing product lines by encouraging clients to use added value services wherever possible.
    Provide advice on the most effective cover for a particular need, taking a number of factors into account.
    Deliver good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients.
    Maintain detailed knowledge of new and existing products by liaising with colleagues.
    Ensure credibility with clients by maintaining detailed knowledge of current market conditions and products.
    Report performance against agreed targets.
    Comply with regulations and procedures of IRDA.
    Working with underwriters to endorse / amend policies where necessary in order to meet client demand.
    Proper handling of insurance claims arising out of distress situations when a client is typically immobilized due to panic. Handle clients' claims right from the intimation till settlement professionally in coordination with the team leader.
