IMS NW Technology team supports the basis topics in the SAP technology stack

Purpose and objective of the job
Maintenance and Support of all releases for the Content Server topic with customers and internal applications.

Expectations and Tasks of Job
Provide maintenance and support for SCM SPP (Service Parts Planning) product.
- Analyze customer problems, design and implement corrections and deliver them as customer specific or standard corrections.
- Manage customer expectations effectively.
- May perform small customer-specific product enhancements, including analysis of requirements, specification, design, coding (in ABAP), and testing.
- Provide support for de-escalation teams
- Provide support for complex problems
- Help the field organizations with critical customers and provide expert services.
- Work in a global team with developers in Europe and Americas and with support

Mandatory:
â Proficient in C++ and has experience working in UNIX and windows platform.

- Loop checking between instrument and DCS.
- Supporting for the preparation of loop package, providing the necessary engineering documents and drawings to ensure the loop folder in compliance with standard and procedure.
- Assigned in loop checking of protocol and field bus instruments like Temperature Pressure, Flow, Level Transmitters, corrilos flow meter, pressure diff transmitter.
