Job Profile :
- Program Planning Local & Export Dyed Fabrics.
- Planning quality parameters and arrange the required Product material resources scheduling and respective activity for production (Yarn,weft & warp, dyeing, Warping, Twisting, Folding).
- Planning, monitoring to control quality of the newly developed / running products so as to get the product ready before committed date.
- Prepare in managing operations involving resource planning, in-process inspection, team building and co-ordination with internal departments.
- Prepare for the individual departments to meet the set targets for order arranging for resources to ensure achievement of organizational targets.
- Coordinate with marketing people for customer feedback in new developments samples.
- Maintain daily program Planning & Beam c/o, Weaving Pending & Grey Despatch.
- Reducing the gaiting and knotting down time by good follow up.
- Closely monitoring the Production activities and Programming & Quality Assurance.
- Responsible for maintain to Order delivery dates.
- Maintain daily quality wise looms Report & Local / Export order status reporting to HOD.
- Regular follow up yarn store stock & dyed yarn stock to avoid loom stoppage.
- Co-ordinating and follow up Orders, Production, Quality, and Process, Parties samples.
- Weaving knowledge also jacquard looms.( SOMET, ALPHA)
- Responsible for handle to 90 machines Prod. Planning & Controlling.
- Maintain completely computerised document system with ERP.

- Responsible for the Dept wise issues & receive stock maintain in computerised database.
- Daily Loom efficiency report stock maintains & upto date records in computer.
- Maintained to completely computerised system with LAN Connections to all the departments and to reduce the manual work.
- Reporting to the HOD for all Dept wise Production & Daily Despatch reports.
- To performs in process checks and documents the same.
