- Forwarded invoices/documents from generic email box to workflow where agent can acquire job.
- Prioritizing the Queries based on SLA.
- Maintaining inflow and outflow of the Queries
Payment Processing & Query Handling :
- Handling the different types of customer Queries related to Refund transaction, Payment queries, wrong posting, etc.
- Processing Refunds for the Cancelled customer Within 45 days of task closure date.
- Running various reports in SAP for all collections (Chq, Cash, Internet, Bill desk, Oxigen, Suvidhaa, Tec process, Easy bills etc…
- Handling Calls to provide the payment status and paid history to the vendors.

- Maintaining MIS report on daily basis and submit the report to corporate.
- Preparing month end schedules and passing prior period SAP entries.
- Making Reconciliation for Billing & Banking Confirmations on daily basis.
