Scope :
This software made for library in El-Khoms Head Office. This application is web based application working through internet network system. The system is having complete security privilege. The system can run from company server and it can run from any department user.
Each user is having a password and Administrator is having different password. The user can feed the data from any computer that it will post into Server. But, the user cannot change or delete any data without library administer. The Server is holding the Library System Main Database. In this system, the user can add any number of books with volume and copies. Through this software, the librarian can feed book transaction. The software generates different reports. This software can be used for all plants and provision is there for future additions.
Title : Daily Variance Analysis

Scope :
This software made for costing department in El-Khoms Head Office. The aim of this software is to prepare “Revised Budgeted Profitability” on daily, monthly and yearly basis by way of calculating variances by comparing actual performance with targeted performance. Through this software, the user can feed figures of the target and actual data about Production, Stoppage duration of the following cost centers (Quarry, Crusher, Raw Mill, Kiln, Cement Mill, and Packing) and consumption of Electricity, Gas and Oil on daily basis.
The software generates reports about daily, monthly and yearly variance between target and actual quantity, Stoppages and Consumption of Electricity, Gas and Oil. This software can be used for all plants and provision is there for future additions.

The Company is having more than 2500 Fixed Assets in different categories. I prepared common software to calculate the deprecation. Yearly, it calculates the deprecation as per category percentage. It prepares different reports. The software is running in Head Office and Inventory Store.

This is On Line System. The company is having more than 700 Vehicles and Equipments. And, The Company is having a big garage to maintain for all vehicles and equipments. Each Work Order includes the Spare Parts Cost, Labor Cost, Consumable Cost, and Other Repair Cost and Factory Overhead as per percentage for Equipment Maintenance. This is On Line System. The company is using more than 400 Vehicles and Equipments for freight. They are using it for their own projects and Sub-Contractors also. Scope:
This is the biggest package in the Company. The Package is working under On Line Data Entry System through Local Area network. There are 10 computers connected with Accounts Server. I computerized their Manuel system. The package is similar to Peachtree Accounting system. The database is in Accounts Server and it is connected with different users.
The System is based Accrual basis batching system. The Company Account includes all of their construction and factories account transactions. If the user is doing any accounts vouchers, invoices, etc., it will update into accounts server. The system is having complete security privilege. Each user is having a password and Store Administrator is having different password. The user can feed the data from any computer that it will post into Server. But, the user cannot change or delete any data without administer. It prepares all type of account reports.

The Company is having 4 factories. I prepared software to find out the cost of production. The system prepares two different costs. These are Estimate Cost and Actual Cost. The Job Order includes material cost, labor cost and factory over head, to prepare the costing.
