Job Description
Role

Design, develop and maintain C++ based graphical components belonging to the ActiveX component framework of SAS Graph product
Interact with user groups (internal/external) of the graphical components and provides solutions
Verifies, tracks and fixes bugs isolated by other user groups

Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements

Good hands on knowledge of C++ and fundamentals of object-oriented principles
Good knowledge of software development processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Should be self-driven and be able to deliver with minimal or no supervision
Experience preferred

Experience in developing graphic tools and charting components
Awareness of basics in computer graphics and terminologies related to graphs
Experience in working with graphs
Knowledge of analytical packages such as SPlus, R, Stata, Spotfire or similar products
Experience in data visualization in different spaces such as statistics, forecasting, data mining, reporting etc
