To co-ordinate with product manager & finalise new products design
To guide a team of product designers & mould development engineers for timely output of products
To compare & finalise the mould price and order to mould maker
Regular follow ups for the progress of moulds & its timely delivery
To reduce time span between moulds delivered to plant & production of new items at plant
Better communication skills

Other info. : should be able to lead the team & achieve target of delivering of products (design & moulds).
Perfection in dimensions of products for errorless production.
