Sales :
Achieving the overall sales targets and department wise targets. Weekly review of the same.
Responsible for the growth of categories against last year.
Effective Implementation of in store promotions and communications.
Up-dating market intelligence & reporting competitor activities HO every week.
Customer Service :
Ensure efficient handling of customers and minting high service standards.
Ensure that all customer grievances are personally addressed and solved promptly.
Responsible for gathering customer feed back and acting on it and reporting to HO on weekly basis.
Inventory :
Monitoring the sale of Products
Replenishing the products in coordination with warehouse & purchase Dept once in a week.
Maximising the stock turns.
Responsible for the pilferages and shortages.
Product upkeep both at sales floor and stock room.
Administration :
Maintaining the ambience of the stores as per the company’s standards.
Strictly abide by the companies policies and procedures from time to time.
Responsible for the discipline, Training and Motivation of Sales team.
Managing the weekly offs and shifts for the sales staff.
Candidate Profile :
Male below 30 years
Good communication and leadership skills
Graduates with relevant experience in supervisory level in an organized retail
Basic knowledge in computers.
Maximum Experience : 2 years
Remuneration : As per industry standards.
